All returns must be initiated within 14 days of the delivery date. Items must be in their original condition, unworn, and with all tags attached. Proof of purchase is required for all returns.  Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Return label fee costs are deducted from your refund totals. Yes, Dual Dilemma offers gift cards, which you can buy on our website easily and securely. After purchase, the gift card is sent via email with a unique code to use at checkout. These gift cards can be used for any item on our site, excluding sale items or special promotions. They never expire, so there's no rush to use them. If your purchase is more than the gift card balance, you can pay the rest with any of our methods for payment.
